I had some pretty large stains which he completely removed and their is zero resurfacing 6 weeks later, and the carpets still look and feel brand new when i walk on them! I love that the washers and dryers are numbered to help with remembering where your clothes are. “Called Steve up to schedule appointment and gave him an idea of what the job required to fix after removing a gun safe that was bolted down and put some holes in the carpet. He quoted me a price and once we moved the safe we found we had another issue that required more work. Steve was very patient with me as we were trying to load the safe and while he was there waiting he actually just took the initiative to fix the extra problem and did not charge extra. Highly recommended and will be using him for any other carpet repairs or future issues we may have. Thanks again!”

“We have used TriSerV Carpet Cleaners for years, first in our home in Raleigh, and now in our new home near Brier Creek. They offer outstanding service with natural ingredients. It is beyond me how someone can give a second-hand review based on hearsay that this business supposedly had cleaned the carpets in their apartment before they moved in. Some cleaners will charge extra for fabric protection such as Scotch Guard-type protectants (one company had wanted to charge us $40 per 8 x 10 area rug, plus move our furniture for them and vacuum before they came). TriServ includes a Teflon protection that is included in their very reasonable prices. I highly and unequivocally recommend them!”

“Good machines but if you stop the load to add more items, it may charge you extra. 2 out of my 3 loads made me add money again (4.25 x 2= 8.50) to wash. That sucks! I came on Saturday, so there was no attendant. I called the phone number on the door but did not get ahold of anyone. So I left a message. Just be sure you add all your clothes and detergent cuz you may have to pay to get it started again. I used the machines right when you come in the door in case you want to avoid them.”
