“This place was nice! We spent two nights here. It was clean, and we had two rolls of toilet paper. The air-conditioning worked well, and the lights were bright enough and cute. We also got ice from the ice machine. It was a good stay. I have to mention, the doors are very safely locked and heavy, two locks, and a bolt thing, that makes it only possible to unlock from the inside, when the door is fully closed, I was impressed!”

“We loved our stay at the New Albany Hotel. The hotel is right across the river from Louisville proper in a delightful little area, secluded enough to be quiet but quite close to whatever you are doing in town. We loved the horse-themed pillow and room decor. The rooms had lots of pillows and comfortable, clean white sheets. Rooms had coffee, microwave, fridge and TV as well as nice chairs and good internet. The staff were awesome - they gave us a sheet of recommended local restaurants, and were friendly and welcoming at breakfast, it felt like we were part of the family. The lobby is great! Really stylish furniture, coffee all the time, as well as local honey! Flavored waffles to make was a nice touch. Plus - very important - lots of power outlets in the common areas so we could go do work on a laptop or charge our phone. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.”

“Customer service makes this a hotel that I will return to again and again. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming and do everything they can to make sure you have the greatest stay. They even allow their guests to park in their lot FOR FREE prior to check-in... which is so convenient and a huge money saver!! We were given tips for getting to Disneyland, fresh coffee in the morning, and they allowed us to check-in late. I've never had such an enjoyable experience at a hotel. Short walk to Downtown Disney, nice room, and great staff. 5 stars! Will definitely stay there again.”

Truly a different feel here -- Dr. Saeed took her time with the appointment and ran some additional screens to verify my prescription would be exactly right. “A stromboli sounded good. I walked in - the place looked and smelled awesome. It reminded me of Noble Romans way back in the 70s. While looking at the menu the lady suggested I try the Original Giant Sub. Being in an adventurous mood, I chose the sub. I then wavered between the 8" and 11". The price is 40% more for only another 3". I decided on one of each size. They were ready in about 15 minutes. We ran them home and began our dining experience. Pros: Good quality ingredients and great taste. Cons: pretty skimpy on the ingredients. We got an occasional bit of onion. The cheese was barely noticeable. Surely onions aren't that expensive. We WILL be back to try other menu items.”
