After a previous driver failed to deliver the correct way and what I mean is instead of stopping at the door downstairs my apartment and thinking none was home, he could have walked up the stairs to deliver my pakages. Also, I was told my apt. Number wasn't on his pakage but for Mark it was so I blame the department who does the labels, (DO YOUR JOB RIGHT). Mark heard my issue and personally hand delivered my items, much appreciated.”

“I have been a customer here for several years and I really like this facility it is well maintained and a secure property. I would argue one of the nicer storage facilities in Brownsburg. Easy to use kiosk that's available 24 hours and friendly staff. I have had other storage needs in the past and even compared to popular chains, I would still choose Main Street Self Storage or any of their other facilities. They provide great customer service and you really can't compete with that or how they manage their property. Also they have a great website that makes it easy to pay or set up online payments.”
