I have been leasing a unit in Noblesville, IN for 8 months. From the beginning the commercial manager was really nice and open mind in order to provide a solution to my business needs. The facilities are all the time organized and clean, there is a pallet jack and forklift included in the lease for the facility. They have different size of units and most important thing, the facility manager is always able to help, customer service is awesome, which in mi opinion is the most important thing when you lease a property. Also, they have a desk when all the small packages are received if you are not in your unit. I couldn't find a better place to set my business. Highly recommended!!”

He said they replace them for free if you buy one there, so he sold me one and replaced it for me. He was quick, friendly and helpful.
