(May 20, 2018, 5:56 pm)Rented from them 4 years ago really great customer service my unit #523 was clean and manager was great.He went out and showed me the unit, I had slot of items,rented another 10x20. Nice clean office also. I'll be going back if I need storage again,YES I would recommend this business!!
(May 12, 2018, 12:01 pm)I rented a unit for 6 months while I was in-between homes. Rick was incredibly nice and helped me unload some of my furniture. I don’t know what I would’ve done without his help. I got my deposit back right away after moving out. Will definitely be using AA again in the future if I need a storage facility.
(April 24, 2018, 5:18 am)I highly recommend this storage facility in Ottawa, close to both Lawrence and KC. It is safe, clean and affordable. The new manager Dennis is extremely helpful and friendly. I had to arrive after hours and he communicated with me during the day and met me at the specified time. Thank you!
