  Justin was great got me into a new car when I didn't like my first choice. I was able to bring my wife and kid in we were there for no more then a couple hours. I recommend going to him if you want straight forward customer service for your new car. All the staff at the Ottawa store were very personable you don't find that at a dealership.

  Great experience with the sales and service department on two separate occasions.
  
  Julius in sales was straight forward, kind, and I didn't feel pressured while looking to purchase a vehicle. Honest dealership that will help anyway they can to get you what you are looking for.
  
  Later in the week, we also dealt with the service department. Because of the previous positive experience we had, we had his car sent to Victory. Andy was great. Again honest and very helpful in solving the problem.

  Excellent experience. This is the first time I've looked for a car online so I was initially skeptical. When I saw that they had the vehicle I was looking for I e-mail them for information and they responded immediately. Julius was professional and very genuine. This is not a car dealership full of car salesmen, this is a car dealership full of good people who happen to sell cars. You can trust them and you can trust their vehicle descriptions online. I took a risk and drove over two hours to test drive my vehicle...and it was worth it. Don't be discouraged that they are in Ottawa, KS and you may have to drive a bit. Isn't it worth some gas money to get a great deal on a car from people you can trust? I will be a returning customer!
