“This was my first time taking my Dyson into the Dyson Service Center. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and very helpful. He fixed my issue very quickly and he took the time to do some other minor fixes to the vacuum that he found and did it on his own time. What great service. I wish I would have caught his name. If I have another issue with anyone of my Dyson products I will go back. Thanks again for your great service and friendly staff. I was in the store on October 20th. Highly recommend!”
