If you need a vacuum repaired I looked at this Dyson center is amazing thank you for the gentleman that helped me I forgot his name but he’s amazing

I just want to have a shout out to Wesley who helped fix my vacuum this afternoon (10/9/20). My Dyson vacuum stopped working properly. I went to his service and sales center, and he quickly fixed my vacuum! This is a great service center with very friendly people. Thank you very much...my wife and I appreciate it. I would definitely come back for future business and purchase that cordless vacuum we talked about!

Dyson Service Center far exceeded My expectations! The Dyson Animal 2 was listed for a whopping $200 less than Home Depot! But really what stood out to me was how helpful, kind and awesome the employee was that helped me. His name was Sir and I bet he is gonna own the place one day! Give that man a raise.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff at this location. My wife brought our vacuum in and they were able to get her taken cared of immediately. Though the unit was out of warranty, they still took the time to explain everything to her and helped her with our issue.

This was my first time taking my Dyson into the Dyson Service Center. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and very helpful. He fixed my issue very quickly and he took the time to do some other minor fixes to the vacuum that he found and did it on his own time. What great service. I wish I would have caught his name. If I have another issue with anyone of my Dyson products I will go back. Thanks again for your great service and friendly staff. I was in the store on October 20th. Highly recommend!

I took my mother's vacuum into the repair center in September. Upon the examination they discovered that the repair would exceed the value of the vacuum. This Dyson was 10 years old and never needed any major repairs. It worked wonderfully. The associate Jackie offered a very generous discount to us to purchase a new vacuum. We got an excellent deal and Jackie was courteous, quick and professional. She explained the warranty and provided her name and phone number to call to purchase a new vacuum. My mom bought a new vacuum that very same day for less than it would have cost to fix. Thank you Dyson and a special thanks to Jackie for her kindness and for being so helpful. You have lifelong customers with this family! If you want a good deal, go to Dyson. You won't be disappointed. And ask for Jackie...you'll get the royal treatment and 5 star service. Thank you!
