“I had excellent service from Matthew and his response to my questions were very quick. He informed me through the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect as it is a competitive auto shipping world and they have to make predictions based and what the current market will accept to ship your car. They explained that their charge had a $50 +/- contingent if necessary. I only gave them a few days notice for shipping from Los Angeles to Boston and they were pretty spot on. They picked up exactly when they said they would and dropped off 7 days later as stated. I did not pay any extra, the price I paid originally was the price I paid. I had some logistical problems with the Boston location (streets are difficult to navigate etc) but my driver picked up when I called and we made arrangements to pick up very close to the original location and then as he traveled closer to the drop location, he gave me 1 hour and 30 minute away updates. It was very smooth. No damage to the car and the driver was super nice. I would highly recommend.”

“After going to the KC Premier Volvo dealership for the past few repairs, I ran out of patience for their untrustworthy reps. I truly distrusted them when played dumb about a well-known Volvo issue, leaky sunroof (something that may have cost me the entire electrical system). While they were always quick on service, I paid exorbitant amounts and couldn't tell if they had caught everything or were being honest when saying X needed replacement. A search online showed KC Autosport and their great reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I worked with Nick and Tyler and they are going to be the main reason why I hang onto my Volvo after my experiences thus far and the limited availability of experienced Volvo mechanics. They were genuine and honest about some of the problems- letting me know what needed attention immediately and what could wait. They drove me home from the shop personally and finished the job within a few hours. I called the dealer for a service quote to compare-- the price at KC Autosport was half. I will definitely be returning to them for as long as I can. A very happy customer.”
