“Great place to fly a kite on a windy day (a big open lawn), or go for a quick jog. Surrounded by new construction (Lenexa City Center), so it has an increasingly "urban" feel.”

“Well done regional Park with fishing, picking, no motorized boating, hiking, biking, playgrounds all in a hill setting. Well maintained. Off season traffic indicates it's a popular place. Without a doubt I'll be visiting again.”

“Was at a shelter. They had a petting zoo and bbq. Live music that I enjoyed. There was a playground. Everything was fairly nice. Check it out!”

“This little park has two jungle gyms with that squishy floor. There is also a big rope climber that the older kids were having fun on. There is a pavilion with picnic tables making it a perfect place for an outdoor birthday party. There were also horseshoe pits a safe distance away from the kids play areas. I didn't check them out, but there are two sand volleyball courts. The nets looked tight and there weren't any holes.”

“It was a great place.”

“Really love this place now that is has walking paths & water fountains. You can walk after it rains without getting your feet too mudtacular. There are some bowls left around you can pour water into if it is too cold for them to have the fountains operational. Lots of big open space for dogs that are high speed runners. Today I watched a dog run from the middle of the bigger space all the way too the far gate by the entrance at maximum warp. Nice park benches to sit on. As with any dog park, its not poo pile free. I'm not docking stars for that. That is a people problem not a park problem. ;)”

“Not a lot to do and not very big, but it's the perfect place for a short bike ride or stroll. There's always someone utilizing this trail but the foot traffic is still light enough to be enjoyable.”
Address: 12500 W 119th St, Overland Park, KS 66210, USA
“Now that the sidewalks are done it's great to bring the pups here! There is enough space for the dogs to spread out even when it's busy; which is nearly every time we've been. Our dogs have a great time. There are plenty of trees and bushes for them to sniff and open space for running and playing catch. The trash cans aren't spaced around the entire park so you have to walk a ways to dispose of waste unless you're near the front corners or entrance. Overall the dogs enjoy themselves and we all get a chance to get out of the house.”
