“A great shop that truly cares about their customers and treats them with dignity and honesty. When they found additional faults with my X5, Maurice took the time along with his mechanic to show them to me. The care and patience he took in explaining everything made me feel like a valued customer. Most shops take advantage of their customer and nickel and dime everyone but I never felt that was the case with Bavarian automotive. Only issue I had was making an online appointment. I never received a confirmation email or even a call. I had to reach out to them to confirmed, wich I feel should not happen. With that said, I think they are just busy and may have made a mistake. I will be going back for all future maintenance. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW to give them a go. Pros: -transparency and honesty -friendly -professional -workmanship -warranty (2 years) -nice waiting area with coffee and water - quality parts Cons: -making appointment via online -location( very little parking)”
