Best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! My wife and I are moving out of state and had a very small window to purchase a vehicle. We had visited SEVERAL dealerships in an attempt to find said vehicle yet none were as willing to fulfill our needs as much as Hatchett Hyundai East. Specifically, I highly recommend the salesperson by the name of Ethan Satkowski! The dealership didn’t have the vehicle that my wife and I wanted but instead of immediately pointing us into another direction to get a car sold he actually took the time to search for our vehicle and offer an immense amount of assistance to eventually put us in our dream car! Very personable character and very easy to work with. You can really tell that he cares about his customers! 10/10 would recommend.

I went out to the Hatchett Hyundai East location, looking to buy a new car. This has been my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The Sales Professional who helped was Solomon Bowmen. Bowmen offered exceptional service in assisting my new car purchase. I meet with salesperson Steve Parrett and after a short visit we zeroed in on a new vehicle that met my needs. I took an extended test drive and was very happy with the choice Steve suggested. Short and quick favorable agreement on price and then met with Lisa Rouse for the financial paperwork. Again, the meeting with Lisa was shorter than I expected and favorable agreement on the final details. Overall a very pleasant experience with dealing with Hatchet East Hyundai personnel.
Also dealing with Elizabeth in the Service Department, they are well versed and do what they say they will at a reasonable cost.

Went in for an oil change, plus to repair the damage from a pack rat attack that caused the check engine light to come on and the car to start hard. I had already read the code and was pretty sure it was damaged wiring. They fixed that and didn't try to say is was a part or anything. I can always count on Hatchett Hyundai East for professional work and fair prices.

Edit/Addition 12/22/2020:

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Sonata yesterday from Jessie Pascarelli. She was knowledgeable about the car and the process, and was very helpful. She was able to answer almost all of my questions, and when she didn't know the answer she found it for me. Made the experience quite pleasant. I called today, 12/22 with a question and she called back with the answer pretty quickly.
