“I have brought my VW Passet in serial ti.es for different things from coolant flushes, tune up and regular service to window tints. The work and actual service done has always been exceptional, their prices on services always beats any shop in town and the $10 a day loaner can't be beat. When it comes to communication and customer service they are lacking... big time. Every trip in requires me to follow up, I have to call. When I was told they couldn't flush my coolant system because their machine was broken i waited mo the thinking they would call..nope. Again, I had to call them. Just brought my car in for window tint and dropped off the night before. Came to pick my car up at almost closing time the next business day only to be told it wasn't ready. Not a big deal when you live in Wichita but I live out by Newton. Tint is flawless and looks great, just wish they would communicate better.”
