“My husband and I are relocating to Overland Park Kansas in September. We called all around Johnson county for weeks unsuccessfully searching for RV storage. We had almost given up when we stumbled on this newly opened location. We left a VM & were promptly called back by owner Jim. He pleasantly described the property layout and our various options. We then logged onto his user friendly website & immediately reserved one of his affordable 40’ sites. A few days later we regretted not reserving one of the 50’ sites. We contacted Jim & and he gladly modified our reservation to a 50’ without any hassle. Knowing that we were moving to Overland Park from out of state, Jim spent time on the phone with my husband answering several questions we had about the area. Super nice guy willing to go out of his way to help us out.”

“Service at it's finest!! We hauled a crane to Bonner Springs, KS and when we arrived, the machine was dead. Being that we wanted the services from a crane company rather than a truck stop, we reached out to Wilkerson Crane. We called on Thursday night after hours to only leave a voicemail. Not expecting a phone call back until the following morning, a technician (Mike) called us back that night. We explained that we were not in need of services that night but rather first thing the next morning if available. Mike had given us some tips & tricks to try and solve the issue without them having to make a service call. Unfortunately, the batteries ended up being dead and Mike stopped on his way thru that morning on his way to the shop to give the crane a boost. Moral of the story, this company did not have to give us suggestions to fix our issue without charging us. They went over and beyond our expectations for the challenge we were facing. I recommend this company for any and all crane affiliated issues. A company with the attitude that they performed with us, says a lot about them.”
