The lobby does not open up until 9:00 a.m. that is not on the website. the east branch has removed the drive-up window. Why? Removing it is definitely not a benefit for the customer.”

I love how fast, personable, and kind they are at the branch in Andover. I love how many branches they have and are opening up all across Wichita and the ATM benefits they have with other Credit Unions if you are going out of town. I would highly recommend switching to Meritrust accounts so you aren't charges fees, you have all the easy of online banking while keeping excellent in person customer service!!
