I felt like everything was running like a well oiled machine. I appreciated that Donna was willing to help me pick out some new glasses. Even though she then would have to go through and sanitize each one I deemed unworthy. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude. I was super blown away when I found out they could make my glasses the same day and I had them in no time. I got to wear them out. I've never not had to wait at least a week for my glasses. (I'm sure you may have to wait if they don't have the lenses on hand, but they did for me.)On top of that Mike, the man that fit my glasses, was very helpful in making sure I knew how to clean and care for my glasses. Overall a great experience! Thank you to Chris, Donna, Mike, Dr. Pennipede, and all other staff, for making this appointment one that will make me come back for any more eye needs!”

They disassembled our six work stations and re-assembled them at our new location, making an endless number of adjustments at my request. “I found a really good deal here. Got my 99 taurus with onoy 109,000 miles and pristine condition for 1500. Good customer service too. He was patient while my insurance agent took forever to add the car so I could get 60 day tags. The only thing I didn't like was that for a test drive he drove the car and I didn't. I would have been more comfortable if I did. It's always a little hard to find a good reliable used car that was taken care of but this one was fantastic and a huge relief when my mechanic said a lot of things were recently replaced and all I had to get was 3 new tires and an alignment. Although the sales agent said he put new tires on but one was a snow tire not even the right size and the back two where bald on the inside. Overall I got lucky with this car. Thank goodness.”

“I have brought my VW Passet in serial ti.es for different things from coolant flushes, tune up and regular service to window tints. The work and actual service done has always been exceptional, their prices on services always beats any shop in town and the $10 a day loaner can't be beat. When it comes to communication and customer service they are lacking... big time. Every trip in requires me to follow up, I have to call. When I was told they couldn't flush my coolant system because their machine was broken i waited mo the thinking they would call..nope. Again, I had to call them. Just brought my car in for window tint and dropped off the night before. Came to pick my car up at almost closing time the next business day only to be told it wasn't ready. Not a big deal when you live in Wichita but I live out by Newton. Tint is flawless and looks great, just wish they would communicate better.”
