“Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues. In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.”

Got the repairs done in only 2 days and all seems great now. Price was not too bad. It was a bit pricey but so was everyone else I called so I guess it wasn't pricey after all. Overall great service and easy to deal with. Got my truck back quickly and couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend!”
