I called, got a voice mail, left a message saying I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change, but no one returned my call. After a few days, I just took it in for the oil change. October 9, 2020 Service seems much better. They even washed the car after the oil change and recall check. Jennifer is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. She should get 5 stars.”

“Highly recommend this dealership and Skip Jones. I was in search of a specific car - the only one in the country optioned like it was - and Skip helped me snag it! I should mention I live in Houston, TX and Jake Sweeney Fiat is just south of Cincinnati, OH. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a price, Skip promptly responded with a fair price (enough that I jumped and didn’t need further negotiations). We were near the end of the month, so the pressure to make a sale is always on, but I never felt that from anyone at the dealership. I flew in and the picked me up at the airport - in a lime green Alfa Romeo - very memorable. The porter was super nice. Once we got to the dealership I was in and out in 20 minutes. This is the place to go - if Jake Sweeney sells any brand of car your interested in I highly urge you to go here vs the competitor. “Me and my son had been car-shopping for quite some time and we Google this place and we found it and I tell you what, we did not leave their disappointed!!!! The first day we was there we talked to Steve he worked very hard on getting my son approved for a loan. My son is only 19 years old and of course he don't have credit established so therefore as the other car dealerships had told us basically he is a "ghost". My son had $3,000 to put down on the car he works a full-time job makes decent money and he kept on getting turned down everywhere we went. But when we went to Marshall Motors he was approved for a low interest rate and he was able to get the car the very next day. I'm very proud of my son for working hard and I am so happy that we went to Marshall Motors and got this car. As you can see in the pictures it's a beautiful car and I can't help to be a little jealous. Lol.. so when I get better established I would like to trade in my convertible Sebring to maybe get me something.
