“With the December storm our home suffered roof damage as with many across the state. We were blessed to have minor damages compared to so many. The storm damage of course brought a leak with it. The above business was fast to do the initial inspection and put a tarp on at no cost till repairs could be made. Final repairs were made in a timely manner, and we are now leak free as its raining now. Nice to have a local business to depend on in hard situations that require quick services. Would like to issue a special Thanks to our repairman Nick for his professional work ethic and helping me move some outside furniture that got blown over during the storm. Nick kindly offered to help me move after noticing this old man struggling to move such items. Will be calling this summer to replace my garage roof.”

“There were 3 of us older ladies from MI with a disabled vehicle beside the freeway. The tow truck driver, Tony, was amazing! He was very prompt, courteous, & went WAY above the call of duty! He carried my 86 year old cousin, who was struggling to walk, about 20 feet to the tow truck then got her up into the cab. I have no idea where he got the energy. It was sheer determination to help in time of need. He suggested an auto repair place (who also was very efficient) then towed the car there. Then he suggested a hotel for us close by & took us there making sure there was a room for us on first floor. Tony represents Suburban Towing very well. I HIGHLY recommend Surburban Towing and HIGHLY recommend Tony.”

“Needed a grille guard for my truck to provide an extra measure of protection in case I hit a deer or other animal while hauling RV’s. Spoke with Bill and explained that I understood nothing would prevent all damage to the truck. I asked for something that would hopefully limit damage enough for me to finish a trip and get home for repairs. I also expressed my desire to keep the stock bumper and avoid units that replace the bumper. Bill fixed me up with the Tough Country unit and I am well pleased. They were great with accommodating my schedule and getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Great business I highly recommend.”
