Whatever you want to call it just know it's real back here. Mad love till you come with some foolishness. Lot of folks think they run the joint till they swallowed whole for only thinking of self and not giving back. But don't take it from me. Ask the locals.”

“The parking lot is middle-sized, but the greatest part about it, is that you can come to park here before sunrise and then get your hike started early. This is especially helpful in the summer when you want to beat the heat. It's not a gated lot, so you can come and go as you please. It connects with the Levee trail (? forgot the name) which is not a very impressive trail. It's very flat, but once you walk for about a few minutes, you do reach the Gateway trail which then connects with other trails. Much more scenic along those trails...”
