“I do believe the wait depends on your needs. I went in today, a Thursday at 9:02 am to get a state ID having never had one for Louisiana. I completed all documents, took picture, received my ID and walked out the door at 9:21. All staff was kind and courteous. There were plenty of people in the room but almost all windows were open and everything moved fast.”
