They provided my father, who had Alzheimer's, with patient and dignified care for several years until his death. Prior to my father's death, my mother-in-law, who had multiple health maladies became a resident. She also had a real home and was one of the family with Secillia and Marcos for several years. “The parking lot is middle-sized, but the greatest part about it, is that you can come to park here before sunrise and then get your hike started early. This is especially helpful in the summer when you want to beat the heat. It's not a gated lot, so you can come and go as you please. It connects with the Levee trail (? forgot the name) which is not a very impressive trail. It's very flat, but once you walk for about a few minutes, you do reach the Gateway trail which then connects with other trails. Much more scenic along those trails...”

“We are not very familiar with Monticello In and were there around dinner time. We spotted the Sportsman Inn and decided to try it. We found out it was a historical place for the area. Our dinner was fantastic! We had the 6oz sirloin and the Italian sub. Nothing could have been cooked any better! We would recommend it to everyone but don't expect it to be inexpensive so plan accordingly.”
