Although a little difficult Josh never made it feel impossible and has been a huge motivation every step of the way. I can honestly say I would not have been able to do this alone.

Josh outlines a challenging yet doable exercise program.
It’s tough with my work schedule but Josh is very flexible and accomodating.
An amazing trainer who will go the extra mile to help you with your fitness needs.
