(December 3, 2018, 12:08 pm)This is by far my favorite Annapolis bed and breakfast! I stayed for a "mental health" getaway and it was perfect. I stayed in the Harbor View room which is on the very top floor. I felt like a queen! The furniture is gorgeous and oh my goodness, the bathroom is incredible! John the owner is an absolute delight and made sure none detail was left unattended. They accommodated my lactose allergy for breakfast in the morning which was so thoughtful (make sure you let them know ahead of time). The location is right down town near the Naval Academy and shops, restaurants, etc. I loved McGarvey's during the day or for happy hour (Eddie is a great bartender there). You can literally walk to everything. Highly recommend! Thank you John, I will be back!

(November 9, 2018, 4:16 pm)Stayed here for weekend recently, beautiful old building with nice modern touches (i.e. the bathroom!). Miguel was awesome as breakfast cook and host, my wife spoke with John (the owner) several times during stay and he was always available to answer questions. The location is ideal to walking anywhere in town, parking a little tight but everything worked out.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! -

(July 4, 2018, 6:54 pm)Loved it! 2 minute walk to City Dock, 1 minute walk to Middleton's (and also to Storm Bros. Ice Cream), friendly owner who was always available but never bugged you. Steam shower is incredible! The room felt like home, great atmosphere all around.

A truly beautiful place to stay for a visit to Annapolis. The building is a great location only been 5 minutes walk from the harbor and bars. The interior is a lovely mix of historic and nautical themes. My wife and I stayed in one of the sweets on the top floor. It had a nice view of the harbor and the old town. There was a lovely bath room the size of the main room itself, not only did it have a large bath perfect for couples but a steam room shower to. Only small problem was both the hot and cold water taps ran hot. The host is a very friendly gentleman that was easy to contact when looking for the parking for the bnb. A truly lovely stay.
