(October 18, 2018, 12:38 am)Thoroughly enjoyed my Thai massage! Noticing improvement in my body immediately, I have already been back for another and will be back again. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and well-trained. She provided me with insightful information and was very helpful to me in identifying my max range of motion for any given move. The facility is clean, comfortable and it always smells so good. I'm so glad I found this place.

The yoga instructor is great and very helpful nothing is rushed and everything well planed out. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to loose weight,gain weight gain energy to try it out.. five stars for sure!!!! Thank you Marquita for encouraging me to be comfortable in my own body..

The instructor Marquita is a Master instructor, very bubbly personality and cares about the wellness of the members. If you live near or visiting the area I highly recommend you schedule an appointment for a Yoga or Zumba class and a health and Wellness coaching session, You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the expert presentation.

(April 1, 2018, 9:41 pm)I had the best time at yoga!! My instructor Marquita she was very hands on and patient with me. My body felt so good after the class , I had so much energy and I also noticed sleeping have gotting better. Can't wait to go again. I also enjoyed Zumba class with Tracy!
