His work was everything you could look for: reliable, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Our piano hadn't been tuned for two decades and I was concerned that it would be a difficult and costly job. Scott explained everything he was doing and without any apparent difficulty whatsoever was able to get our piano back into great shape. He pointed out things that were not perfect about the key action and what could be done about it, but he noted that it wasn't required that anything further be done and the piano was completely in tune. I feel he is an honest, experienced and excellent craftsman and will definitely use him for all future piano related needs.”

Sam sends me timely updates with my vehicle’s status and provides an estimated completion time with every visit. I never have to worry about transportation. Whether it’s a shuttle or a loaner car Sam makes sure I get to and from the dealership in a timely fashion. He treated me with high respect as we worked through the purchasing process.
