John, the manager, ordered the type of paper I wanted, which was a textured, matte, linen paper, and he even ordered the vellum paper I wanted which was just going to be a cover for my wedding invitations. “I went into La-Z-Boy looking for a recliner as a Christmas gift for my husband. My sales person was knowledgeable and helpful but she also gave me space and some time to look around and make a decision without feeling pressured. I like the quality of the furniture and the fact that it is made in the United States and the lifetime warranty on certain parts such as the handle and springs of the recliner. I feel I received a good deal and overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase”
