“Finance mishaps but overall dealership is recommended! I would have given 5 stars, but it's been 26 days, and DC-DMV still does not have my title, and I cannot register my vehicle. Dinesh was a good sales person, offering extra advice and I highly recommend him. The process was smooth, and the dealership even assisted by having someone drive my old vehicle back to DC, while I drove away with my new sale!! They also supported Breast Cancer and Cancer awareness month! For many like myself who lost a loved-one, it felt good to know they care, as they too suffered loss. The financing is not going smooth, so I had to take away one star, but otherwise everyone there, even finance has provided good service.”

“I've been coming here for a year and a half to get my car serviced and I've always been treated well. From the show room to the service center, I've always been treated like family. I took a test drive during my service appointment last week with the new hire Trey. From the time he greeted me, to the time we returned back to the dealer, everything went smoothly. He even made sure the car was warmed up before we took the test drive lol. Kevin, the General Sales Manager contributed to the experience significantly. He sat down with Trey and I to discuss how my test drive went and used our experience as an exercise to further Trey's at the dealership. It showed me that Kevin genuinely cares about his employee's and makes sure the customer gets the best experience. Overall experience at the dealer was professional, comfortable, and fun.”

“Carty's is a repair shop you can trust, simple as that. They are knowledgeable with many different types of vehicles and problems (we have a Jeep, Toyota, VW, and formerly a Ford). I've always received prompt, courteous service for a decent price, even when I show up unannounced with a vehicle in tow. 4 stars only because I dislike when places charge a $100 "diagnostic fee" to connect an electronic device for 2mins that does the work for them. I'm already spending several hundred $$$ in repairs, please don't find ways to make it more expensive. I can understand if someone comes in and asks for a full diagnostic, then takes their car and leaves, but don't do this to your repeat customers every time (rise above the scam shops profiting on this).”
