“I got my vehicle tint done a week ago. The owner was wonderful. I have a project car that I was taking care of, that I purchased as a shell. Built it from scratch 2000 Honda Crv. I brought my car in, it had a ton of glue on every window from previous tint removal poorly done. It was promptly removed, and replaced with a nice layer of dark tint. The owner was courteous, respectful , and did great work. Explained everything to me. It was so well done, that the next day I had my my wife's Impala done as well. Well done you guys. “For the fifth consecutive motorcycle purchase in a row Pete's Cycle has come through for me. There are three motorcycle dealerships much closer to me than Pete's Cycle but none of them compare. It is a shame that I have to drive an hour to get to Pete's and bypass the three closer dealerships to get a fair deal. Matt is a phenomenal sales person who is to be commended for his customer service. Matt facilitated making my Honda Goldwing purchase on 6/30/2020 painless. A particular dealership that is a few miles from my house is the absolute worse. Upon entering the establishment rarely have I ever been properly greeted The sales people often respond to inquiries as if you are bothering them. Pete's has always been fair and have taken some of my trade-ins that the other dealership, which will remain nameless, indicated was an impossibility. “These guys were awesome! I came because I got a coupon in the mail for $20 off an oil change. They were amazing. During the oil change they even noticed my registration was out and were genuinely concerned for me! They immediately came in & asked if I needed an inspection done. I let them know I already did all of that, the sticker was sitting in an envelope in my passenger seat & I simply hadn’t gotten around to swapping it out. At that point they OFFERED TO TAKE IT OUT AND CHANGE THE STICKER FOR ME. Y’all, it may be a little thing, but nobody does that! That was so sweet and genuine and quite frankly solidified me as a now lifetime customer for them. When I paid for the oil change, I went to give them the coupon I was using and they told me to keep it so I could use it again when I came back. Again, nobody does that. These guys are great. Very fast, affordable and down-right amazing customer service”
