“Emily and her team at Legacy Wood Products Inc. did an excellent job with my kitchen granite counter top replacement. The process - from an initial quote using our drawings, to on-site measurements, and finally the actual installation, went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the completed project. Prices were very competitive and there was no pressure to add additional stuff we didn't need. Emily's installation team are experts and professionals. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition. “After an appliance store kept pushing off my delivery date for my freezer and I wasn't sure I'd receive it before Rosh Hashana, Meir at Town Appliance came to the rescue! He helped me buy a freezer over the phone (because I couldn't make it to the showroom in Owings Mills next to Aldi). His price was significantly LOWER than than the other appliance store and he had a freezer delivered within 5 days (during the pandemic) when other companies have a 1 -6 month wait. Meir helped me find a freezer that is slightly bigger (than I had selected at the other appliance store) which is better for my family, patiently went over the measurements so we'd be sure that it would fit in our tight space, and discussed all costs so I wouldn't be surprised by hidden fees...and this amazing customer service was BEFORE we realized that years ago he was in yeshiva with my husband! Since Town Appliance is a frum company, they know what we need in terms of Shabbos modes for appliances, so when our old refrigerator finally breaks, I'll be sure to call him again! I regret not calling him months ago while we've been without a 2nd freezer this summer.”

“I’ve been in the electrical business a long time, and Shepperd has always treated me decently, very helpful at the counter with never a complaint, deliveries usually take place early in the morning and I get both a text and an email plus the GPS coordinates as to where the truck is. Plus, I get a photograph of the material on the loading dock after the delivery is completed plus an email. There inside people are crazy knowledgeable… And their fill ratio is incredible, I’d say it was up to about 98% on any order most of the orders are 100% and rarely do they get an item wrong”
