“this is a follow-up to my first review. Since posting the review a few weeks ago the owner of the company has stepped up and made things right. Still not sure why we had such incredible communications issues in the beginning but they have been resolved completely. Although I can't give them a five-star rating at this time they are well on their way to redemption. I will continue to compare their service to my last merchant processing provider but expect no difficulties at. As long as everything remains seamless and my rates are as expected I will leave another Google review in the future to back this one up. at this point I would recommend this company for merchant processing. Original review: Great rates advertise but difficulties in setting up the card reader & I have been ghosted by my acct rep. Called customer service number for help they denied responsibility for the issue and transfered me to the company that actually does the processing. That company also denied accountability for the issue. Will see what happens next. I was told the acct rep is the only person who can close this acct and he is not returning any calls or emails.”

“I'm visiting from GA and decided to stop at this pizzeria. I havn't received my food as I write this review, but I can truly say that the owner listened as I explained that the LG pizza and wings deal is higher than getting them separately....He politely refunded me the 1.54 difference. Because of his good customer service I will tip him more. Now I hope the food is good.... so, I ate my food and it was DELICIOUS. I will definitely be back. The only reason it's not 5 stars because I feel as though the cashier could've recognized the overcharge”

“Nancy Seiter and the other staff at World Travel Service are amazing. We have worked with them for about ten years now and each trip has been wonderful. Nancy has helped us plan and enjoy trips both internationally and in the States. Nancy's suggestions lead us to explore new possibilities as we try to figure out what trip is best for us. She can lead us to a great hotel experience with her recommendations or help us work out the perfect stay at a hotel we have discovered. Whether we want to drive through a country and explore on our own or take a guided tour or cruise, Nancy supports us with her recommendations and makes and organizes all the reservations. Nancy thinks of the little details that make a trip better. For example, she introduced us to the joy of being met at a foreign airport by a driver to deliver us to the hotel, only slightly more expensive than finding our own way to the hotel, but so much less stressful, a wonderful way to start a trip. Everyone we have interacted with over the years at World Travel Service has given us the same excellent, reliable service. We can not imagine traveling without their help and advice.”

“I went to Lorenzo's Shop to get a few things replaced. Such as my brake pads and I also got my disc replaced. Got new rims installed and got my headlights cleaned. May I say that everybody did a great job! They really took care of me. I got great quality work for such an affordable price. I live an hour and a half away from this shop and I will always drive to Lorenzo's shop because I know he's knowledgeable and gets everything done in great timing. I'd recommend anybody to Lorenzo's Auto Shop. Great work! Great team! Best shop I've ever been too!”
