“what a great auto store. They always have everything I need. My alternator was going bad on the way down 301 so I pulled in and they had the actual alternator that goes to my truck. They let me borrow the tools to installed it and then they let me borrow their jump start box to start my truck and then I was on my way with a brand-new alternator. I would highly recommend this place anytime”

“Friendly staff and clean store. They have good food and coffee. The gas is always cheaper than other places. The atm doesn't charge fee which is the main reason I frequent the store. Cigarettes are cheaper here and they always accept coupons. If you pay with a large bill, they always give you change back in 5's. Even though I look older than 18, I always get carded for cigarettes.”

“I originally contacted Southernwood Roofers for a roof replacement job in July 2018. The rep, Jesse, was extremely professional and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable. I did not get the roof install right away. I interviewed three other companies in the next few months. Although pricing was similar, we just didn't get the professionalism and assurance with the other companies. Jesse and Samantha kept in touch and eventually I met Ralph. Ralph was extremely personable (and he rides motorcycles!). He became my company rep and provided me full service for my roof install. The replacement was flawless... the materials were delivered as promised; the installation team arrived earlier than expected the next day; the job was completed without a hitch; and my yard was cleaned to perfection afterwards. “I visited the shop (unexpectedly) as a result of a mix-up at another place. I was met by a friendly Service Manager who immediately informed my that I would be taken care of promptly. The technician who did the work I needed was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly up front about what I really needed to do to get my car in tip top shape. (Alignments can be tricky and he nailed it) The shop isn't all shiny and new but I don't go for the show I want good work. They delivered and made sure every step of the way I knew exactly what was going on. My new tire shop....absolutely!!!!”
