Shortly after the recommendation, my next-door neighbor had Teo Construction at his home to look at his roof. While up on my neighbor’s roof, Teo noticed damage on my roof. Elias helped us work with the insurance company. He would communicate with us every step of the way. When it came to doing the work, the crew showed up on time, cleaned up all the old debris and made sure everything was installed properly. The roof looks great. Actually, Teo replaced about 20 roofs in our neighborhood. Word of good service travels quickly. I was so impressed with Teo, that I had them give me a quote to finish my basement. I had already gotten quotes from three other contractors. The quote was very competitive and included permits which the other contractors did not want to handle. At first I was a little skeptical, since Teo is know for exterior work. However, Ricardo, their indoor guy, has over 15+ years experience working on kitchens, bathrooms and basements. He came in with a great vision and energy. He made several suggestions that we never thought of. He takes great pride in his work. Our goal was to have the basement completed by Thanksgiving. Ricardo and his crew worked weekends and evenings to get the job completed. Our family is very happy with the space. In today’s day and age, it is nice to find an honest straight forward contractor that does great work.
