“This was a good choice for our group of about 250-300 people. Two story club at the top of the Gaylord Hotel National Harbor. It has two dedicated elevators from the lobby. The food at our event was good, as was the music DJ. There is an outdoor deck on the corner so views are West over the Potomac to Alexandria and North to the MGM Casino and Washington DC.”

“I have visited Swagg a few times at the MGM. Greg was in the store one of those times- he was friendly and also focused on ensuring the business was running smoothly. Both visits, the managers on duty were very nice and accommodating . Some of the items seemed a bit pricey for the quality , however, I am pleased with my purchase. I bought a beautiful hand-beaded shirt. I’ve only worn it once , but I received many compliments. I plan to visit again in the future.”

“Great atmosphere with a lot of friendly sales associate's! They are having a sale with a nice selection of fall and winter clothing so I highly recommend to check it out! I will definitely be returning to get some new spring and summer work clothing. Also we were attending a show earlier in the day so it was a bit more crowded than it usually is. Parking wasn't an issue either there was plenty of available parking throughout the area that was in walking distance to anywhere that you wanted to go. They had a Trappez event going on inside of the GayLord Resort and it was a great thing to see while we waited for our show. Highly recommend coming to National Harbor for not only the view, but for the great shows and shopping that is available there!”

“I want to review this restaurant mostly for one main reason. I came here to bring my child to have dinner. The most important dining experience is obviously the food,atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff etc. What brings down and great experience to a bad one is finding a foreign substance in your food. In my last few experiences with other establishments with this situation really hasn’t been that good at all. In my last 12 years I have never been impressed with how the Managers have handled this situation until I was approached by Milton who walked up to me in a very professional and approachable way and asked me about my experience here at restaurant. I found a little shred of wood in my sandwich , honestly I was going to leave without saying anything until I felt he was genuinely concerned. I told him the story. I hold him to the highest level of Restaurant Managers I’ve ever experienced. Please National retain this Manager for years to come. He’s an extremely valuable person for the others to emulate and learn from. He really went out of his way and “WOWED” me the as a c., I will always have nothing but letting others know of what a great restaurant this is! Milton for Caring????”

“It was a very neat experience. The only reason it was given a 4 is because we got our picture taken at the top of steps and when we went to pay for it the printer/internet wasn’t working. No problem, the guys said they would email us the photo later that day however we never did receive the photo via email. Very disappointing as it would have been wonderful for our boys to have. Great experience aside from that!”

“Double Down and Dine: That went down right! I was attracted to Amo Los Tacos for the smell was amazing. I ordered the taco salad and a Corona. The service was nice and the food fresh. I do recommend Amo Los Tacos to you. My total meal cost was about $22.50 with tip. I titled this review Double Down and Dine because I bet $25 at the casino. Better luck next time and I’ll be sure to try a new restaurant.”

“Fantastic view coming down the stairs from the Westin Hotel lobby. The food for brunch is decent and the wait staff is friendly. However, they suffer from a growing trend that is representative of "lazy" customer service. When I order coffee at a sit down establishment, it irritates me to no end when that coffee comes with a pitcher of coffee. In order to develop customer service best practices business should drop this practice fast, quick, and in a hurry. Please adopt a practice of "server servitude" instead of "patron self-service".”

“I only ate here for the breakfast, but it was worth it. The buffet changed a little every day, but there was quality there. There was enough variety there to keep the kids and adults happy. The staff was pleasant, and they were on the ball when you needed something. This is the best buy when it comes to breakfast at the hotel. The other breakfasts at the hotel were just as expensive and definitely not as tasty. This place was a bargain, comparatively speaking.”
