He took the time to understand what I wanted in an automobile and he found the vehicle that met my needs. I appreciate his following up with me a few days later to see if the purchase was as expected.
The manager, Shelly, greets the customers with a friendly smile and welcoming "hello". She too, checked to see if my buying experience was satisfactory. The atmosphere was like being part of a family. I know that I made the right choice to buy my 2018 Ford Escape from Upper Marlboro Ford. -

I appreciate the professionalism and integrity that I continue to experience from Rob, my service manager. Since I am a long-time customer (15+ years), I always feel like family because Aaron (the service department manager), Rob, and Rhonda always welcome me with cordiality. Moreover, I am glad I scheduled my service visit in advance because I am confident that the scheduling correlated with the completion time of my oil change.
