On Weds, I went back to meet with the same sales rep, Crystal Emerson, who had assisted us on Sunday. She took me through the differences between the 2018 and the 2019 and then we took the Pilot of my choice for a test drive. The buying, pricing, financing experience was a breeze. I felt I got an honest and fair price for my trade-in and an honest and fair deal on the new Pilot. It was by far one of the more pleasant car buying experiences. Honest, fair and transparent. Crystal Emerson and the DARCARS team are knowledgeable about their product and made it an enjoyable experience. I couldn't be happier with my new Pilot and hopefully, won't need another new one for another decade.”
