“I called MTB after noticing an issue with bugs after some new neighbors moved into the building. I purposely chose this business because it's local and black owned. I immediately received a response from Mr. Milton Brown III. He came the following day and listened to all of my concerns. He addressed the problem areas, as well as the rest of the condo. The products used were pet friendly which was essential for me. The animals experienced no issues following the extermination. The products used left no residual odors. He even gave me product advice on dealing with drain flies. MTB is always accessible and they communicate well. He's never been late for appointments and if there's an issue, he keeps me in the loop. With his assistance, the issue is under control. I'm extremely happy with my services.”

“This place is good and the staff. But if you are traveling metro and it says it's going to be closed 10-15 minutes early. So don't waste your time. If metro messing up, don't even go. I understand some people want to help but you don't make it don't try it. As it took me almost 2 hours to get because of metro busses run out not running. I'm mad writing because it took time out my day just for me to make it but doors already locked. So basically it just wasted 4 hours of my day. This left a sour taste in my mouth. This is a Sunday May 15”
