Coach Lisa is great, with the ability to meet you where you are and push you to limits you didn’t think you could achieve. I have been able to make great strides to towards better health in a sort period of time. The classes are fun and the people at the gym are great. A mix of young, old, and different fitness levels so it helps with that fear when joining a new gym. The classes change constantly so you don’t have that feeling of doing the same repetitive movements over and over.
