“DB Customs has been marvelous and amazing to work with. From day one and the very beginning of our business relationship, DB Customs has always said that they would take care of me and my kitchen and that I would be very pleased with my job. After looking around for the stone I wanted (which were several because they had so many nice pieces) I found my piece and instantly set an appointment to have them come take measurements. They came the same day within the hour. A day after obtaining the measurements I received the quote and a potential install date. DB Customs were very accommodating and worked with me to reschedule my install date due to a delay in the counter-top being removed. As well, it was left off that I need a stove top cut out and DB Customs did not hesitate to make the correction immediately. The install was done beautifully, to my satisfaction and far beyond my expectation. I’d like to point out that there was a miscommunication between my contractor and theirs regarding the actual size of my new refrigerator. DB Customs acknowledge that it was not my (the customer) fault but in fact the fault of the contractor(s), yet and still they stepped in and made it right and made the adjustments as needed. This is, in my opinion EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I could not be more pleased with the level care, respect and effort that DB Customs has shown to me during this process. Lastly, I will be recommending them to all my friends/family who inquire about new counter-tops and I especially recommend them to YOU, The Reader of this review. Thank you DB Customs. “I'm giving a 5-star solely on the customer service. Not that the hotel is bad in any way cuz it's not. The room was very nice & I have nothing bad to say about it or the property itself. I was, however, blown away by the service & would stay here again in a second! In the quick chat I had with the front desk, I mentioned I would be going to the MGM casino. The next morning, I woke to find a slip of paper under the door with a standard, typed out greeting of suggested things to do while staying at the hotel, but also, there was a handwritten note saying, "Enjoy MGM!". The fact that she remembered that & took the time to wish me luck was such a simple, subtle thing to do, but one that's made a huge impact!”

“If you want to record high quality in a professional environment, this is the only place to go. There are multiple recording rooms, and they provide you with great service. They have charging stations for your mobile devices, and I'm pretty sure they had Fiji water and Red Bull for me during a late night session. Can't beat the service and professionalism.”
