“Sandra's is an unexpected gem tucked away on a quiet street, offering quality cuts and styling in a friendly setting. This note discusses their men's cuts. Inexpensive and old school, the men's styles I've seen here run short and tight. Sandra's cutting style is very detailed, with a lot of attention to shape and finish. Not even the baby fuzz on the tops of your ears escapes her attention. And if, like me, your Spanish is a bit basic, there are lots of posters with different styles to point at. I went for a cross between numbers 11 and 12, a Ricky Martin's overweight ex-marine uncle look. Totally classy. Cuts for men are $15-17, which may be why the place is so popular. Folks often stop by with a "Hola, Sandra!" and sit and chat on sociable Friday mornings. They do women's styles, but most of the customers during my last visit were men. Guys, if you're looking for a high quality straight-up barber-style cut for a good price, give Sandra a call.”

“Not the greatest but not the worse. The staff is far from nice and welcoming. The facility in nice and clean and the room was as well. The bed is very comfy and laundry rooms and ice machine are provided(ours was not working at the time of our stay, but other floors had them). They do not have free breakfast unfortunately, which you could get the same room off base that offers free breakfast for the same price range. They do offer sundries and beverages in their small food room but it’s only available for purchase. The back part of it is very nice and spacious. It offers chairs and a gazebo to smoke under.”

He had the perfect balance of making sure we had everything we wanted & that the food was to our liking; all without being in our face so much we couldn't eat in peace. “My first visit was with Jake. I had my oil changed and my Cabin Air Filter changed He looked over the car and came back and told me everything thy was wrong. He explained in full detail of the service I needed and the price. He answered every question that I had with professionalism and patience. My second visit was with Derrick. My car just off on me. He e planned everything that could be wrong even quotes some prices if that was the problem He also said "let's just wait and see". Fortunately it was none of the high prices fixes. I called and checked on the car quite a few times and each time he gave me an update with professionalism and patience. At the time of check out, the cashier was quick and accurate in the price she asked if I had any questions and she thanked me for doing service at Academy Ford. I would recommend Academy Ford Service Dept to anyone. Great job guys.. I will be back to get more service done. They are very friendly..”
