“This place is good and the staff. But if you are traveling metro and it says it's going to be closed 10-15 minutes early. So don't waste your time. If metro messing up, don't even go. I understand some people want to help but you don't make it don't try it. As it took me almost 2 hours to get because of metro busses run out not running. I'm mad writing because it took time out my day just for me to make it but doors already locked. So basically it just wasted 4 hours of my day. This left a sour taste in my mouth. “Had a great experience today with John C Flood when we just got home from a delayed flight and arrived at 5am to a condo sitting at 93 degrees. Called John C Flood and their on-call guy made it to our place in about 1.5 hours when we were quoted 2 hours. Brian and his assistant Raul were super friendly and explained the issue so we understood what was going on and also how to proceed if the issue persists as the work they did today may only be a temporary fix to a bigger problem. Great communication and their informing is what made me feel really good. I hear Flood may be a bit pricier than other places but I would say it's well worth the service.”
