(May 27, 2017, 9:03 am)What a great gym. Everybody is friendly and helpful. they have great classes and always willing to give suggestions to better your workouts. Highly recommend to anybody. The pool is wonderful and family swim is part of membership. 5 stars without question.

(March 23, 2017, 7:28 am)Fitness Rx is the best! It's my home away from home! I particularly love the warm pool, as I train there for the annual Chesapeake Bay Swim! There are classes for everyone - all shapes, sizes, ages and levels! The instructors are knowledgeable and fun! I've been to numerous fitness centers in the past, but this is by far my favorite! Come kick butt and join the family!

There are abundant exercise machines, a heated pool and an excellent selection of fitness classes that are included in the fee for members. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would travel an hour one way to access this hidden jewel on Maryland's Eastern shore.
