    I wish I could give this place a 10/5 stars. the customer service is phenomenal, with one kind lady in particular who always gives the warmest smile when I go. They are hands down the best at making drinks, and I will be a loyal customer forever! Thank you Chelsea Dunkin, you are all so appreciated!

    The people, the environment, the workouts, the drive are all reasons I love coming and have been coming every day classes are held for 3 months! I didn't know I needed this before starting. Now I don't think I can stop!

    The ESPC was welcoming and professional! This was my first time back in years and I was nervous for the intensity but Rachel was great! She was very helpful throughout the class. She kept an eye on me and helped me through parts I struggled with. It felt like a personal class with 8 other strong women. I can't wait to be able to keep up with them!

    ESPC is such an empowering, clean, and positive environment. The facility itself is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The staff is encouraging and friendly all the time. And most importantly, the workouts are always different, always very challenging and led by instructors that push us to be the best we can be!

    ESPC is a more than a gym. It's a space where everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level. Where you are encouraged and empowered to become your most fit and fierce self. Kendra and Evan have created a space for you to work on you, whether that be to drop 10 pounds, improve your overall fitness or just escape and make ME time.
