“Dr. Parkes was wonderful! We had ordered a cart from online but it was flimsy and we returned it. We found K-9 Cart East online and they couldn't have been nicer when I called. We gave them the measurements of our dog and then we met with Dr. Parkes. They put our dog in the chair and made adjustments until Dr. Parkes felt it was just perfect! The cart was very sturdy and lightweight. I suggest this company frequently. ”

“Nothing is perfect but this leans closer to a 5 than a 4. I went in around 9pm a few weeks ago with my male bullmastiff because he was having trouble breathing and wasn't walking well. They took him to the back and did some sonagraphy and found blood around his heart, it was bad but after talking to the doctor I made the decision to take him home and hope he made it to the vet appointment I had scheduled for the next day. At about 3:30am he work me up in clear distress and was struggling to breathe again. I took him in as quick as I could and the vet on duty was very respectful with what she was saying and very clear. I made the decision to put him down and we quickly filled out the paperwork and they brought him to me. They asked if I wanted more time, of course I did, but he was suffering and it was time. They were again respectful of me and my pain and comforted me until it was time to go. Since I have received sympathy cards that were personalized and hand written from both of the doctors I saw that night. In the worst of times, it was the best experience it could be. The question also comes to cost, I feel like the cost was very reasonable given it was an emergency and his condition. I would absolutely recommend this emergency vet without a doubt.”

He understands I prefer a conservative approach which saves me $, unless there is any risk to my dog then then I'll do whatever it takes. Some of my dogs were saved from euthanasia and can be fearful with strangers but they all love Dr Robinson bc he respects their boundaries.”

“Dr. Wiles is a great vet. His farm call prices are reasonable with the prices of gas and vehicle maintenance, and his prices for general health maintenance are also very reasonable. He is compassionate and will help you understand what is going on with your horse! Great with equine dentistry (one of the few vets that does it), and really enjoys his work. His 24-hour emergency services are also helpful, and he promptly returns calls. Always willing to give estimates for potential procedures. I've never regretted switching to him. ”
