I tried to get it all myself and didn't get it done. I did a web search and found these fine folks only after my son missed two days of school. Karen was great with our child and with us. I couldn't believe the stuff that was hidden in his hair! Yick! After treating our son, she checked my head, which not only found me clean, but less itchy after she didn't find anything.
