The sandwich was sub par and the honey ham used on the Italian sandwich was overpowering. Quite disappointing. Now you must be wondering why in the world did I rate this franchise a 5star well it ain’t because of their food. THE EMPLOYEES are AMAZING! Especially JD (I’m sorry I hope that is his name). If you are a fan of firehouse sub please support this location. The employees greet you immediately upon entrance, very accommodating especially if they see you’ve been waiting long and the location is clean. I wish I liked the subs but, I don’t. But, that’s just MY personal palate. I’ll stop in again for a drink or dessert. Again if you like Firehouse subs come out and continue supporting this location. Every dollar helps out these hardworking employees during the pandemic!”
