After going to the showroom and having Bethany patiently guide us through our options we left with a number of different samples. Later that week Mark, the owner, came by the house to provide an estimate for installing a custom runner for a tricky 3 landing staircase and explained our options and the process in a way that gave me a tremendous amount of confidence that he was the guy for the job. All of that said, I still underestimated Mark -- he is quite simply a wizard. He seamlessly tied every angle together and made it look as if the rug was a single piece. This guy is the best of the best. He is a perfectionist while also being efficient with his time and yours.”
