  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leo and his gym, ATC Fitness. I am turning 55 this week and am in about the best shape I've ever been in. I have great strength, mobility, and endurance. I've been taking the Slow And Steady Wins The Race approach. Nothing fadzy. No gimmicks. For the past four years, I've simply been showing up and doing what Leo tells me to do. Of course, I do it to the best of my ability. Who wouldn't want to work hard for a great coach? I have great energy levels and have maintained a healthy weight without dieting, just eating well.

  I trained with Leo for 2 years until I moved. I miss his personal approach, intelligence, wit, and great training guidance.
  
  Every time I ride, hike, walk, run, cut down trees, I realize how much better I can do it because of the focused, personalized training program and gentle, effective encouragement Leo provided. “Thank you” is barely enough.

  I've been training at ATC for several years and couldn't be happier! I srsly don't know what I'd do without Leo. He is great at designing workouts, changing them up and personalizing the experience. ATC is in a great location and he offers flexible hours.

  Great Gym. Great Trainer. It doesn't matter what your abilities are or your current level of fitness. Leo will craft a program to meet your goals. So if you're just starting out or pretty advanced you will find a home here; meet great people here and get a great workout.
