(October 26, 2019, 12:14 pm)I had my first aerial class today (aerial essentials) and I LOVED it. Very warm and friendly environment. Laura was the instructor and she made me feel comfortable and supported. Definitely will be going back.

(September 9, 2019, 1:16 pm)What a fabulous experience! Kathrine explained and demo the steps for each pose. I am a “hot yoga” yogi BUT today’s class was on a different level when it comes to stretching ham strings, shoulders, etc. The hardest part for me was trusting the silk. I registered for the 6 week “beginner” class and so look forward to next Monday.

(August 9, 2019, 9:53 pm)I love Aerial Yoga! It is so much fun; strengthening and stretching at the same time. I had been hearing about aerial yoga for a few months. When Lora and Katharine opened Earth and Aerial Yoga I knew it was time to try it.
I have taken mat classes with Lora for years. She is an amazing teacher – she is clear, patient and encouraging. I have taken aerial classes with Lora, Katharine and Keri at Earth and Aerial and they share the same supportive attitude. And that is reflected back with the other people in the class. It is a wonderful atmosphere.
I found I get into shavasana breathing more deeply in the silk. I like the how the mat and aerial classes work together. The same pose works differently in each for me.
This space is beautiful, full windows along two sides. It is safe, the rigging is solid and secure, and the instructors are wonderful. -

(June 1, 2019, 4:38 pm)I just started my first week at Earth and Aerial Yoga and I’m obsessed! I’ve taken 3 classes, so far with Catherine and Anna. I felt safe on the silks while I was challenged to explore and work new parts of my body. It is a very personal experience which helped me to feel comfortable with the instructors and everyone else in the room. I highly recommend trying it out!
