(August 2, 2020, 2:56 pm)Easy to deal with by phone or email. I ordered a piece of glass for a console table. After the piece was delivered, I realized it was the wrong size (MY fault: hadn't measured properly), and they replaced it at no charge.
(July 7, 2020, 8:27 am)Best customer service!! My grandparents ordered a screen, I don’t know if the measurements were relayed or written down incorrectly but it didn’t fit.. One phone call later I got a call back from a woman who told me to come back in a few days to pick up the correctly measured screen. Never have I ever been contacted back from a store to correct an order, they truly care about their customers!
